Aufgaben
- Anwenderbetreuung (Soft- und Hardware) von PC-Arbeitsplätzen
- Unterstützung bei der Netzwerk-/Systembetreuung
- Einrichtung und Verwaltung von Benutzerkonten im ActiveDirectory
- Anlegen von Telefonen und Smartphones
- Verwaltung der Telefonanlage
- Softwareverteilung
- Installation von neuer Hardware (PC / Notebook)
- Verwaltung der Drucker
- Ansprechpartner in der IT-Hotline (IT-Ticket Aufnahme)
- Datensicherung
- Pflege und Daten Recovery
- Hardware und Software Beschaffung
Tasks
- User support (software and hardware) for PC workstations
- Support with network/system maintenance

Setting up and managing user accounts in ActiveDirectory
- Setting up phones and smartphones
- Administration of the telephone system
- Software distribution
- Installation of new hardware (PC / notebook)
- Management of printers
- Contact person in the IT hotline (IT ticket registration)
- Data backup
- Maintenance and data recovery
- Hardware and software procurement
Anforderungen an den Bewerber
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fachinformatiker oder vergleichbare Qualifikation durch Fortbildungen / Berufserfahrung
- Gute Kenntnisse im Bereich Windows, IT-Endgeräte
- Gute Kenntnisse in den Bereichen ActiveDirectory, Windows 10/11 & der Software-Installation
- Eigenverantwortliche, strukturierte und proaktive Arbeitsweise
- Fähigkeit zur effizienten Problemlösung und Flexibilität
- Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit
- Teamfähigkeit
- Hohe Dienstleistungsorientierung
Requirements
- Successfully completed training as an IT specialist or comparable qualification through further training / professional experience
- Good knowledge of Windows, IT devices
- Good knowledge of ActiveDirectory, Windows 10/11 & software installation
- Independent, structured and proactive way of working
- Ability to solve problems efficiently and flexibly
- Very good communication skills
- Ability to work in a team
