IHRE AUFGABEN
- Als Produktmanager treiben Sie innovative Technologieentwicklungen für komplexe Produkte im Bereich der Automation voran und steuern dieseVerantwortung für die Automation von Maschinen- und Anlagen zur Herstellung von Leiterplatten, einschließlich Produktentwicklung, Markteinführung und Produktlebenszyklusmanagement
- Kontinuierliche Marktbeobachtung, -analyse und -bewertung in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Vertriebsteam, um strategische Entscheidungen in Bezug auf Produktentwicklung und Positionierung zu treffen
- Durchführung von Machbarkeitsuntersuchungen für Kundenanforderungen
- Leitung des Projektteams bei der Konzeption und Entwicklung von Neuprodukten sowie der Weiterentwicklung bestehender Anlagen gemeinsam mit den Bereichen R&D und Engineering
- Erstellung und Abgleich von globalen Produktstrategien zu den Markt- bzw. Kundenanforderungen zur Automation im Bereich der Herstellung von Leiterplatten und Substraten
- Gestaltung des Produktlebenszyklus gemeinsam mit den jeweils zuständigen Abteilungen
- Unterstützung des Vertriebs bei der Markteinführung, Kundenakquise und bei Schlüsselverhandlungen
RESPONSIBILITIES
- As a product manager, you promote and control innovative technology developments for complex products in the field of automation responsibility for the automation of machinery and equipment for the production of printed circuit boards, including product development development, market launch and product life cycle management

Continuous market observation, analysis, and evaluation in collaboration with the sales team to make strategic decisions related to product development and positioning

- Creation and alignment of global product strategies to market or customer requirements for automation in the area of printed circuit board and substrate manufacturing
- Design of the product life cycle together with the respective responsible departments
- Support of the sales department in market introduction, customer acquisition and key negotiations
IHR PROFIL
- Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Ingenieurwissenschaften, Mechatronik, Automatisierungstechnik oder einem verwandten Fachbereich
- Nachgewiesene Erfahrung im Produktmanagement, idealerweise im Bereich der Automatisierungstechnik für Leiterplatten sowie Halbleiter oder einem ähnlichen Bereich
- Erfahrung im Bereich der Herstellung von Leiterplatten, Halbleiter oder einem ähnlichen Bereich
- Ausgezeichnete Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten, um effektiv mit internen und externen Stakeholdern zu interagieren
- Fähigkeit, selbstständig zu arbeiten und gleichzeitig in einem teamorientierten Umfeld effektiv zusammenzuarbeiten
- Hohe Kundenorientierung und Bereitschaft, auf Kundenbedürfnisse einzugehen
- Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sowie weltweite Reisebereitschaft
YOUR PROFILE
- Successfully completed degree in mechanical engineering, mechatronics, automation technology or a related field

Proven experience in product management, ideally in the field of automation technology for printed circuit boards as well as semiconductors or a similar field
- In-depth knowledge in the manufacturing of printed circuit boards, semiconductors or a similar field

Excellent communication and presentation skills to interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively in a team-oriented environment
- Strong customer focus and willingness to respond to customer needs
- Fluency in written and spoken German and English and willingness to travel globally
