Aufgaben
- Beratung und Unterstützung der Fachbereiche bei der Prozessgestaltung und Weiterentwicklung von SAP R/3 auf Basis ECC 6.0 -> S/4 HANA
- Unterstützung von SAP-PLM und SolidWorks an diversen Standorten der
SCHMID Group weltweit
- Teilprojektleitung bei internationalen Roll-Out-Projekten
- Weiterentwicklung der PLM-Schnittstelle, Erarbeitung von Verbesserungspotentialen, Definition von Pflichtenheften sowie Mitarbeit bei der Umsetzung neuer Prozesse
- Schulung von Mitarbeitern der SCHMID Group für Konstruktionsspezifische Funktionen der SAP-PLM, SAP und angrenzenden Systemen
- Überarbeitung bzw. Erstellung von Prozesskonzepten in enger Zusammenarbeit mit den Key-Usern incl. der Dokumentation
- Optimierung und Harmonisierung unserer Geschäftsprozesse an die unternehmensspezifischen Anforderungen mittels Customizing
- Installation und Administration unserer PLM-Schnittstelle zu unserem ERP-System SAP
sowie aller verwendeten CAD-Systeme insbesondere SolidWorks
- Administration des DMS Systems D.3
Tasks
- Consulting and support of the departments in the process design and further development of SAP R/3 based on ECC 6.0 -> S/4 HANA
- Support of SAP-PLM and SolidWorks at various locations of the SCHMID Group worldwide
- Sub-project management for international roll-out projects
- Further development of the PLM interface, development of improvement potentials, definition of functional specifications and collaboration in the implementation of new processes
- Training of SCHMID Group employees for design-specific functions of SAP PLM, SAP and related systems
- Revision and creation of process concepts in close cooperation with key users, including documentation
- Optimization and harmonization of our business processes to the company-specific requirements by means of customizing
- Installation and administration of our PLM interface to our ERP system SAP
and all CAD systems used, in particular SolidWorks
- Administration of the DMS system D.3
Anforderungen an den Bewerber
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium mit IT-Schwerpunkt oder vergleichbare Ausbildung bzw. vergleichbare Erfahrungen
- Praxiserprobter Umgang mit ABAP, idealerweise ABAP Objects
- Fundiertes Know-How in der Schnittstellenentwicklung zu SAP- und Non-SAP-Systemen
- Methodische und analytische Arbeitsweise sowie die Fähigkeit zu kreativer Lösungsfindung
- Erfahrung in der Begleitung von SAP-Projekten im internationalen Umfeld
- Kenntnisse in der Formularentwicklung von Vorteil
- Gelegentliche Reisebereitschaft
Requirements
- Successfully completed studies with an IT focus or comparable training or comparable experience
- Practical experience with ABAP, ideally ABAP Objects
- Sound know-how in interface development to SAP and non-SAP systems
- Methodical and analytical way of working and the ability to find creative solutions
- Experience in supporting SAP projects in an international environment
- Knowledge of form development is an advantage
- Occasional willingness to travel
