Systemadministrator/Fachinformatiker Systemintegration (m/w/d) System Administrator / IT Specialist System Integration (m/f/d)
IHRE AUFGABEN
- Einrichtung, Pflege und Weiterentwicklung der Serverinfrastruktur, inklusive Datensicherung und Backup
- Absicherung des Serverbetriebs durch Systemanalyse und Monitoring
- Administration, Weiterentwicklung, Bereitstellung, Überwachung und Inbetriebnahme der bestehenden lokalen Netzwerklandschaft (WLAN/LAN/WAN), auch für unsere internationalen Standorte
- Sie klären und beheben Störungen im 2nd Level Support und sind Ansprechpartner für Kollegen*Innen sowie externe Dienstleister
- Darüber hinaus entwickeln und stimmen Sie die technischen Schnittstellen zwischen den IT-Systemen ab
- Sie erkennen, analysieren und beheben Betriebsstörungen im Tagesgeschäft
- Erstellung und Pflege von Dokumentationen
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Setting up, maintaining and further developing the server infrastructure, including data protection and backup
- Safeguarding server operations through system analysis and monitoring
- Administration, further development, provision, monitoring and commissioning of the existing local network landscape (WLAN/LAN/WAN), also for our international locations
- You clarify and rectify faults in 2nd level support and are the contact person for colleagues as well as external service providers
- You will also develop and coordinate the technical interfaces between the IT systems
- You will identify, analyze and resolve operational malfunctions in day-to-day operations
- Create and maintain documentation
IHR PROFIL
- Basis Ihrer Laufbahn ist eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung im IT-Bereich
- Sie überzeugen durch mehrjährige Erfahrung in der IT-Systemadministration
- Sie bringen sehr gute Kenntnisse in den folgenden Bereichen mit:
- Virtualisierung mit VMware
- Software im Microsoft-Bereich (Windows, Active Directory, MS-Office/O365) - Kenntnisse in Netzwerktopologie sind ein Plus, kein Muss
- Serviceorientiertes Handeln, Flexibilität und Zuverlässigkeit runden Ihr Profil ab
YOUR PROFILE
- The basis of your career is a completed training in IT
- You convince with several years of experience in IT system administration
- You bring very good knowledge in the following areas:
- Virtualization with VMware
- Software in the Microsoft area (Windows, Active Directory, MS-Office/O365) - Knowledge of network topology is a plus, not a must
- Service-oriented action, flexibility and reliability round off your profile
