Aufgaben
- Mitwirkung bei der Erstellung und Kommentierung der Konzernabschlüsse (Quartals- und Jahresabschlüsse) der SCHMID GROUP nach IFRS
- Mitwirkung bei der Erstellung der Konzern-Notes der SCHMID GROUP nach IFRS
- Selbstständige Bearbeitung und Betreuung von anfallenden IFRS-Bilanzierungsfragen

Erstellung eines konzernweit gültigen Group Accounting Manuals (IFRS)
- Eigenständige Verfolgung relevanter Änderungen der IFRS-Regelungen und Implementierung neuer Rechnungslegungsstandards
- Ansprechpartner für alle Konzerngesellschaften bei Fragen zur IFRS-Rechnungslegung
- Mitwirkung bei der operativen Planung und den Forecasts der SCHMID GROUP nach IFRS
- Begleitung von Sonderprojekten im Bereich Group Accounting (Integration neuer Konzerngesellschaften, Umsetzung neuer regulatorischer Anforderungen, Digitalisierungsprojekte)
- Unterstützung bei der Kommunikation mit dem Finanzmarkt, mit Investoren und Analysten durch die Erstellung von Finanzberichten und Präsentationen
- Zusammenarbeit mit Wirtschaftsprüfern
Tasks
- Participation in the preparation and commentary of the consolidated financial statements (quarterly and annual financial statements) of SCHMID GROUP according to IFRS
- Participation in the preparation of the consolidated notes of the SCHMID GROUP according to IFRS
- Independent processing and support of arising IFRS accounting questions
- Preparation of a Group Accounting Manual (IFRS) valid throughout the Group
- Independent tracking of relevant changes to IFRS regulations and implementation of new accounting standards

Contact person for all Group companies on IFRS accounting issues
- Participation in the operational planning and forecasts of the SCHMID GROUP according to IFRS
- Support of special projects in the area of Group Accounting (integration of new Group companies, implementation of new regulatory requirements, digitalization projects)
- Support in communication with the financial market, investors and analysts by preparing financial reports and presentations
- Cooperation with auditors
Anforderungen an den Bewerber
- BWL-Studium, vergleichbares Studium oder eine kaufmännische Ausbildung ergänzt um Fortbildungen im Bereich internationale Rechnungslegung
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Finanzabteilung eines produzierenden Unternehmens oder einer Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft
- Expertise in IFRS und HGB
- Erfahrung mit börsennotierten Unternehmen in den USA von Vorteil
- Sehr gute analytische Fähigkeiten
- Gute Kenntnisse in einem ERP-System (idealerweise SAP) und MS-Office
- Anwendererfahrungen mit einer Konsolidierungssoftware (idealerweise LucaNet)
- Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
Requirements
- Business administration degree, comparable degree or commercial training supplemented by further training in the field of international accounting

Several years of professional experience in the finance department of a manufacturing company or an auditing firm
- Expertise in IFRS and HGB
- Experience with listed companies in the USA an advantage
- Very good analytical skills
- Good knowledge of an ERP system (ideally SAP) and MS-Office
- User experience with a consolidation software (ideally LucaNet)
- Very good command in englisch
