Aufgaben
- Administration der Betriebssysteme für Kundenanlagen
- Administration von kundenseitigen Serversystemen und Netzwerkinfrastruktur
- Pflege und Wartung von Datenbanken (MSSQL) für Maschinen und Anlagen
- Konzeptionierung der maschineninternen Netzwerkinfrastruktur
- Erarbeitung neuer Konzepte, z. B. Einführung und Test von Windows 10 IOT für Kundenanlagen
- Installation von externen Netzwerken bei Kunden vor Ort
- Entwicklung von internen Tools/Anwendersoftware
- Administration der Fernwartungslösungen
- Erstellen und Pflege von Images für unsere Maschinen PCs
Tasks
- Administration of operating systems for customer systems
- Administration of customer server systems and network infrastructure
- Maintenance and servicing of databases (MSSQL) for machines and systems
- Conceptual design of the machine-internal network infrastructure
- Development of new concepts, e.g., introduction and testing of Windows 10 IOT for customer systems
- Installation of external networks at customer sites
- Development of internal tools/user software
- Administration of remote maintenance solutions
- Creation and maintenance of images for our machine PCs
Anforderungen an den Bewerber
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung im IT-Bereich mit entsprechender Berufserfahrung
- Erfahrung im IT Support
- Sehr gute Betriebssystemkenntnisse Windows (optional Linux)
- Gute Kenntnisse zu SQL Datenbanken
- Programmierkenntnisse von Vorteil (C#, .NET)
- Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift von Vorteil
- Hohes Maß an Selbstständigkeit, Eigenverantwortung und Teamfähigkeit
Requirements
- Successfully completed training in the IT field with relevant professional experience
- Experience in IT Support
- Very good operating system knowledge Windows (optionally Linux)
- Good knowledge of SQL databases
- Programming knowledge advantageous (C#, .NET)
- English language skills, both spoken and written, an advantage
- High degree of independence, personal responsibility and ability to work in a team
