Aufgaben
- Fachliche Führung des Teams Entwicklung in der mechanischen Konstruktion für Maschinen- und Anlagenbau
- Erstellung und Überwachung der Kapazitätsplanung für Kundenaufträge und Entwicklungsprojekte
- Leitung von Entwicklungsprojekten für Maschinen- und Anlagen und der Automation mit der fachlichen Führung von interdisziplinären Projektteams
- Verantwortliche Projektabwicklung und Kontrolle der Leistungserfüllung unter Einhaltung des Kosten- und Terminrahmens
- Kontinuierliches Monitoring des Projektfortschritts und regelmäßige Berichterstattung an die zuständigen Gremien
- Koordination und Abstimmung mit relevanten Schnittstellen wie Produktmanagement, Vertrieb und Produktion
- Mitwirken bei der Konzeption, Entwicklung und Konstruktion von neuen Maschinen- und Anlagentypen
- Erstellung und Ausarbeitung von Pflichtenheften, FMEAs und Risikobeurteilungen
Tasks

Anforderungen an den Bewerber
- Abgeschlossenes Studium (FH/DH/Uni) der Ingenieurwissenschaften mit Schwerpunkt Maschinenbau oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Bereich Entwicklung/ Konstruktion von Maschinen- und Anlagenbau / Automation
- Hohes Maß an Selbständigkeit und Eigenverantwortung
- Führungs-, Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit
- Freude an analytischer Arbeit und Weitergabe von Wissen
- Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Kenntnisse im Umgang mit CAD-Programmen / ERP-Software (bspw. SolidWorks / SAP)
- Kenntnisse in der Erstellung von FMEA’s, FEM und Risikobeurteilungen sind von Vorteil
Requirements
- Completed studies (FH/DH/Uni) in engineering with a focus on mechanical engineering or comparable qualification
- Several years of experience in the field of development/design of mechanical and plant engineering/automation
- High degree of independence and personal responsibility
- Leadership, team and communication skills
- Enjoy analytical work and passing on knowledge
- Good written and spoken English skills
- Knowledge of CAD programs / ERP software (e.g. SolidWorks / SAP)
- Knowledge in the creation of FMEA's, FEM and risk assessments is an advantage
