Aufgaben
- Erstellung und Aktualisierung von Betriebsanleitungen unter Einhaltung der Maschinenrichtlinien
- Mitwirken bei der systematischen Verbesserung und Weiterentwicklung der Dokumentationssysteme
- Recherchieren, sammeln und auswerten der zur Dokumentation notwendigen Informationen
- Kontinuierliche Optimierung der Dokumente
- Sicherstellen der termingerechten Bereitstellung der Dokumentation
Tasks
- Creation and updating of operating instructions in compliance with machine guidelines
- Contribute to the systematic improvement and further development of documentation systems
- Researching, collecting and evaluating the information necessary for documentation
- Continuous optimization of the documents
- Ensuring that documentation is made available on time
Anforderungen an den Bewerber
- Abgeschlossene technische, kaufmännische oder sprachliche Ausbildung mit gutem technischen Grundverständnis und/ oder Weiterbildung zum Technischen Redakteur
- Berufserfahrung im Bereich der technischen Dokumentation ist von Vorteil
- Erfahrungen mit Redaktionssystemen wünschenswert
- Fähigkeit, technische Sachverhalte verständlich und zielgruppenorientiert zu beschreiben
- Selbstständige und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise sowie eine sehr gute Teamfähigkeit
Requirements
- Completed technical, commercial or language training with a good basic technical understanding and/or further training as a technical writer
- Professional experience in the field of technical documentation is an advantage
- Experience with editing systems is desirable
- Ability to describe technical issues in a comprehensible and target group-oriented manner
- Ability to work independently and carefully as well as a very good team player
