Final Quality Inspector (m/f/d)
IHRE AUFGABEN
- Durchführung und Dokumentation von mechanischen und elektrischen Systemabnahmen von Anlagen sowie der dazugehörigen Prüf- und Sicherheitsverfahren
- Erstellung und Weiterentwicklung von Maschinenabnahme- und Messprotokollen
- Prüfung von mechanischen und elektrischen Zeichnungen sowie Abgleich mit den zugehörigen Auftragsunterlagen.
- Überprüfung der Einzelkomponenten und den dazugehörigen Baugruppen der Anlagen auf Richtigkeit
- Vor- und Nachbesprechungen der Anlagen mit Konstruktion, Projektmanagement und der Produktion
- Kompetenter Ansprechpartner für unsere Mitarbeiter und Kunden bei Kundenabnahmen
- Einleitung von Korrektur- und Überwachungsmaßnahmen zur Optimierung der Prozessabläufe
- Voreinstellung der Anlagensysteme zur internen Abnahme und bei Kundeninbetriebnahme entsprechend der Kundenanforderungen
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Carrying out and documenting mechanical and electrical system acceptance tests of equipment as well as the associated test and safety procedures
- Creation and further development of machine acceptance and measurement protocols
- Checking of mechanical and electrical drawings and comparison with the associated order documents
- Checking the individual components and the associated assemblies of the plants for correctness
- Preliminary and follow-up discussions of the systems with construction, project management and production
- Competent contact person for our employees and customers during customer acceptance tests
- Initiation of corrective and monitoring measures to optimise process flows
- Pre-setting of the plant systems for internal acceptance and at customer commissioning according to customer requirements.
IHR PROFIL
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossene technische Berufsausbildung
- Fähigkeit, technische Zeichnungen lesen und beurteilen zu können
- Hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein
- Teamfähigkeit sowie hohe Sorgfalt und Flexibilität
- Gute Kenntnisse in MS Office und SAP sind wünschenswert
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sind von Vorteil, aber nicht zwingend notwendig
YOUR PROFILE
- Successfully completed technical vocational training
- Ability to read and evaluate technical drawings
- High quality awareness
- Ability to work in a team as well as high diligence and flexibility
- Good knowledge in the use of SAP and MS Office
- Very good command of written and spoken German
- Good knowledge of written and spoken English is an advantage, but not essential
