Aufgaben
- Entwurf und Verbesserung des elektrischen Designs von EverFlow-Produkten
- Erstellung von technischen Zeichnungen (insbesondere Elektroplanung und Schaltschrankaufbau)
- Anwendung der Grundkenntnisse über Energieumwandlungssysteme auf die Integration
- Berücksichtigung von Grundkenntnissen der SPS in der elektronischen Konstruktion. Außerdem Erstellung von IO-Diagrammen und Listen für das BMS-Team
- Kontinuierliche Beobachtung des Stands der Literatur und des Stands der Technik im Bereich der VFRB-Produkte, insbesondere für die elektrische Auslegung
- Unterstützung bei der experimentellen Validierung von Prototypen und anderen Anlagen sowie bei der Erstellung zusätzlicher Entwürfe auf der Grundlage von FuE-Anforderungen (Labor, Einkauf und Qualitätsmanagement)
- Elektrische Prüfung und Inbetriebnahme von Geräten
- Verwaltung von Dokumenten: Pflege der Stückliste der VRFB-Produkte
- Zusammenarbeit mit Abteilungen der SCHMID Group
Tasks
- Designing and improving electrical design of EverFlow products
- Creation of technical drawings (especially electrical design and Cabinet layouts)
- Apply the basic knowledge of power converting systems into integration
- Consideration of basic knowledge of PLC into electrical design. Also making IO diagrams and lists for the BMS Team
- Continuous monitoring of the state of the literature and state of the art in the field of VRFB products, especially for electrical design
- Support in the experimental validation of prototypes and other facility machinery and making the additional design based on R&D Requirements (laboratory, purchasing and quality management)
- Electrical testing and commissioning of equipment
- Document management: Maintenance of the parts list of VRFB products
- Cooperation with departments of the Schmid Group
Anforderungen an den Bewerber
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Elektrotechnik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation mit mindestens dreijähriger einschlägiger Berufserfahrung
- Expertenwissen im Umgang mit der Software E-Plan
- Geübter Umgang mit MS Office sowie SAP-Kenntnisse
- Ausgezeichnete Beherrschung der englischen Sprache in Wort und Schrift und gute Kenntnisse der deutschen Sprache
- Verlässlichkeit und Teamfähigkeit
Requirements
- Successfully completed studies in the field of electrical engineering or comparable qualification with relevant work experience of at least three years
- Expert level of working with E-Plan software
- Experienced handling of MS Office as well as SAP knowledge
- Excellent command of written and spoken English and good knowledge of German language
- Reliability and ability to work in a team
