Aufgaben
- Definition der zu prüfenden Teile, Erstellung von Prüfplänen und Prüfalgorithmen in SAP
- Durchführung von Wareneingangsprüfungen nach Prüfplänen und Zeichnungen, Statusdefinition der geprüften Teile im System (SAP)
- Erstellung von Erstmusterberichten sowie Prüfung und Freigabe von Erstmusterteilen (ggf. unter Einbeziehung von Fachabteilungen)
- Durchführung optischer, mechanischer und elektrischer Mess- und Prüfverfahren sowie von Funktionskontrollen
- Erstellung, Bearbeitung und Abschluss von Q-Meldungen in SAP einschl. der Dokumentation von Ursachen, ergriffener Abstellmaßnahmen und deren Wirksamkeit
- Abklärung technischer Mängel bei Fremdbeschaffungsteilen mit Lieferanten
- Unterstützung der Einkaufsabteilung bei der kaufmännischen Abwicklung von fehlerhaften Materiallieferungen
- Definition, Kalibrierung und Instandhaltung von Prüf- und Messmitteln
Tasks
- Definition of parts to be inspected, creation of inspection plans and inspection algorithms in SAP
- Execution of incoming goods inspections according to inspection plans and drawings, status definition of the inspected parts in the system (SAP)
- Creation of initial sample reports as well as inspection and release of initial sample parts (if necessary, with the involvement of specialist departments)
- Execution of optical mechanical and electrical measuring and test procedures as well as functional checks
- Creation processing and completion of Q-reports in SAP including documentation of causes, corrective actions taken and their effectiveness
- Clarification of technical defects for externally procured parts with suppliers
- Support of the purchasing department in the commercial processing of defective material deliveries
- Definition calibration and maintenance of test and measuring equipment
Anforderungen an den Bewerber
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossene technische Berufsausbildung sowie mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Qualitätssicherung
- Gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit SAP QM und MS Excel
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse im Bereich der optischen, mechanischen und elektrischen Mess- und Prüfverfahren sowie sicherer Umgang mit entsprechenden Prüfmitteln der Qualitätssicherung
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Kontaktstarke, teamfähige, lern- und leistungsbereite Persönlichkeit mit hoher Sorgfalt und Flexibilität
Requirements
- Successfully completed technical vocational training and several years of professional experience in the field of quality assurance
- Good knowledge in the use of SAP QM and MS Excel
- Very good knowledge in the field of optical mechanical and electrical measuring and testing procedures as well as safe handling of corresponding test equipment for quality assurance
- Very good command of written and spoken german
- Good command of written and spoken english
