IHRE AUFGABEN
- Sie sind verantwortlich für den Bereich Marketing und
Öffentlichkeitsarbeit insbesondere auch für die
Pressearbeit und Social-Media Aktivitäten der SCHMID -Group weltweit - Weiterentwicklung der Marketing- und Kommunikationsstrategie in Abstimmung mit der Geschäftsleitung
- Planung von zielgerichteten Marketingkampagnen sowie Budgetierung der Marketingmaßnahmen
- Entwerfen und Veröffentlichen von Pressemitteilungen und die Koordination der Presse- und Medienarbeit
- Kontaktpflege mit Journalisten und Pflege der Öffentlichkeitsarbeit
- Inhalte für unsere Website und Social-Media-Kanäle
erstellen und pflegen - Textliche und gestalterische Erstellung von Marketingunterlagen wie Präsentationen, Feeds, etc.
- Organisation und Weiterentwicklung von Messen und Veranstaltungen
RESPONSIBILITIES
- You are responsible for the area of marketing and public relations, in particular also for the Press relations and social media activities of the SCHMID -Group worldwide
- Development of the marketing and communication strategy in coordination with the executive management

IHR PROFIL
- Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich der Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Marketing, techn. Betriebswirt, Kommunikation oder eine
vergleichbare Ausbildung - Erfahrung im Bereich Kommunikation, Marketing einschließlich Social Media
- Freude an der Kommunikation und Pflege von Pressekontakten
- Sichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse, ein sehr gutes Sprachgefühl und leidenschaft für das Schreiben von Texten
- Routinierter Umgang mit den gängigen MS-Office Programmen
- ein gutes Auge für Gestaltung, Design und Corporate Design
- Strukturierte und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise mit
hoher Eigenmotivation und Zielorientierung - Teamgeist mit ausgeprägter Kommunikationsstärke
YOUR PROFILE
- Completed studies in the field of business administration, industrial engineering, marketing, technical business
administration, communication or a comparable education - Experience in communications, marketing including social media
- Enjoy communicating and maintaining contacts with the press
- Confident knowledge of German and English, a very good feeling for languages and a passion for writing texts
- Experienced handling of the common MS-Office programs
